Signed-in beta testers can send bugs, refinements, feature ideas, questions, and an optional screenshot from Profile > Send Feedback. That in-app queue is the official channel for product feedback; support and privacy email addresses are reserved for their stated purposes.
Frequently asked questions
How do I post a case?
Tap Post. Choose a food photo, enter the dish and place answers, set the reveal time, and send the case to one or more private Tables. Eligible verified creators can also publish public cases.
How do I delete my account?
In Forkensics, open Profile > Settings > Safety & Privacy > Delete Account. Follow the reauthentication and confirmation steps to permanently delete the account. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@forkensics.com.
How do I report content or block someone?
Use the Report or Block action available from the relevant case, comment, or profile. Reports are sent to the Forkensics moderation system. Blocking prevents interaction and hides future activity between the two accounts.
How does scoring work?
Dish and Place are scored separately. Each correct answer earns 50 points for every detective, regardless of lock-in order. Clues reduce the combined Case score, which never falls below zero. Lock-in time may order tied detectives on the Case leaderboard, but it does not change their points.
How do I manage notifications?
Use Forkensics notification preferences for supported alert types. You can also allow or disable all Forkensics notifications in the iPhone Settings app.
Account deletion and privacy
Forkensics provides account deletion inside the app. Read the Privacy Policy for details about collected information, retention, and your choices.
