TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of the Forkensics iOS app and related services operated by Lucholli Game Studios. By creating an account or using Forkensics, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Beta Service

Forkensics may be offered as a beta service. Features may change, fail, or be removed, and beta data may be reset. Do not rely on Forkensics for emergencies, financial decisions, or permanent storage.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and do not impersonate another person, creator, restaurant, or organization. You are responsible for activity under your account.

How the Game Works

Forkensics is an entertainment game. Scores, rankings, badges, and leaderboards have no cash value and do not guarantee prizes. We may correct scoring errors and remove manipulated, abusive, or invalid results.

Your Content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Forkensics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content, including photos and information about other people or businesses.

Verified Publishers and Disclosures

A verified badge means Forkensics approved an account to act as an eligible publisher based on evidence reviewed at that time. It is not an endorsement. Publishers must accurately disclose sponsored or gifted relationships and follow applicable advertising rules.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person.
• Post unlawful, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, dangerous, or objectionable content.
• Reveal another person's private information without permission.
• Cheat, coordinate hidden answers, or manipulate scoring or rankings.
• Probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass Forkensics security or access controls.
• Misuse invitations, reports, notifications, creator tools, or commercial disclosures.

Moderation and Enforcement

Users can report content and block other accounts. We may review, filter, limit, preserve, or remove content; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; revoke verification; and cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary for safety, service integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using Forkensics at any time. Account deletion is available in the app under Profile > Settings > Safety & Privacy > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, contact privacy@forkensics.com. We may suspend or end access for violations, risk, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that logically survive termination, including required licenses, disclaimers, and limitations, will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Forkensics is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect moderation, accurate restaurant information, or that every user or publisher is who they claim to be.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Forkensics evolves. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use Forkensics after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
